Downloads
File download speed and times may vary depending on your connection speed amongst other things. Please be aware that if you have a dial-up connection this may be excessive. You may need to speak to your service provider if you are having download difficulties.
Our system allows us to track and limit your downloads. Where a download error may occur, we may reset your download priviledges at our discression. This would not be the case where we can clearly see from our monitoring software that a download had indeed been successful.
Refunds
Our policy on refunds is plain and simple. Due to the nature of the product (electronic media), there is no way we can effectivly assure our product is returned and not copied or shared. For this reason, please be aware, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
